I only accept payment via Paypal, thank you. You do not need a Paypal account as all major credit and debit cards are accepted for payment.

Payment is required within 1 week of placing your order. Your items /s will be dispatched after payment has been cleared., thank you.

For European buyers all prices are in US$. Paypal will automatically correct / convert your payment into Euros.

I ship worldwide from France.

Multiple orders:
If you wish to purchase more than 1 item in a single order please contact me and I will happily re-calculate the combined shipping cost. If combined items weigh more than 2kg (4.4 lbs) it may be necessary to pack the items separately to keep shipping costs to a minimum. I will inform you if this is the case.

Shipping costs;
All items under 2kg will be shipped using the French "priority international" postal system. This does NOT include insurance or tracking but this can be arranged if needed for a small extra cost. Orders over 2kg use a different service which automatically includes tracking.

Please note that any packaging and admin costs are included within the shipping costs and remember to consider that the packaging will add to the weight and therefore cost of shipping.

Insurance
Insurance is not included as standard as it costs extra . If you would like to arrange insurance cover for an extra cost, please let me know before you make a final payment and I will sort this out for you. TAKATUKA couture cannot be held responsible for a delayed or lost package if tracking and insurance wasn't arranged.

Tracking
Tracking is an optional extra for packages less that 2kg and can be arranged if needed for an extra cost. Orders over 2kg have tracking. If you have a tracking number I will inform you of this when I dispatch your package.


Wrapping and packing:
I will very carefully pack each item ( to protect it and avoid possible damage), using clean and secure packaging. I will try to recycle where I can to keep down costs to the buyer and to the environment. As items will be so well packed TAKATUKA couture cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred while packages are in the hands of postal services.


Dispatch and delivery:
Orders will be packed and dispatched within 7 working days after payment has cleared. I will send confirmation when your order has been dispatched from the post office in France.
Delivery times may vary from country to country but please allow between 10 – 14 working days for international orders. Please be patient if this takes a little longer due to busy times of the year, customs or severe snow conditions!! Please notify me when your order has arrived so I know all is well. On the other hand please notify me if you don’t receive your order for whatever reason and I will do what I can to help.
You will not need to sign for your package , unless it is over 2kg. You can follow the package to estimate the date and time of arrival using the tracking code. Atelier mooch cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of packages in transit unless insurance was purchased.
