Payment
To pay for your purchases, you have the following means: PayPal, credit card and check and bank transfer (on request).
For payments by check and bank transfer, any order not paid within 7 working days will be canceled.

Shipping
All items will be shipped by La Poste's Lettre Suivie or Colissimo services. These services deliver throughout the France in 48/72h (indicative time given by La Poste) and offer you the possibility to track their routing online with a tracking number that will be given to you at the time of the confirmation of shipment of your order.
The delivery will be made to the address indicated during your order and visible on the order summary.
Any error or forgetting of modification on your part will result in additional shipping costs at your expense for a possible reshipment to the right address.
By default, if the order is cancelled, the refund will be made without shipping costs.
For tracked, registered or Colissimo shipments, our responsibility is released when the postal site indicates: "deposited in the recipient's box".
If you want another shipping method, do not hesitate to make a request before ordering.

Each creation is photographed individually. There may be slight differences in the visual rendering between the actual product and its photograph, especially for colors whose appearance may change depending on your display settings for example.
Product Availability:
The order will be shipped no later than 48 working hours after receipt of payment (for payments by check and bank transfer, shipping will take place after cashing them).
In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the customer will be informed and the order will be canceled.
